Subject: [PATCH] Prepare to pass off maintainership to brave agent

As of this commit, I have verified that the request from a Brave
representative that wants to setup official control of this package
seems to be legit. The following URL:

Currently produces a text message as follows:

> This is proof for Caleb, that our request to disown the brave-bin
