- Add PKCE support with S256 challenge method for OAuth2 (fixes #852)

- Update UI for OAuth2 Code Challenge Method selection (closes #854 )
- Introduce OAuth2 configuration cache to optimize requests (fixes #852)
- Fixes using DNS Challange for Custom ACME Server
